Please note that effective May 13, 2024 Shared Service for arrivals at JFK will operate from 7am to 9pm and at LGA from 7:30am to 9:30pm. Shuttles depart the airports approximately once per hour but not necessarily on the hour. Please book your arrival time based on your scheduled flight arrival and we will allow for time in Immigration and Customs if an international arrival.
